We carry both General & Liquor Liability insurance. All members of staff are Servsafe and TIPs Certified. 

Calm Your Soul can provide you with Alcohol variety and quantity recommendations as well as a shopping list based on the number of guests and type of bar service you will be offering. 

Alcohol will be served in accordance with State Liquor laws & regulations. The Servicer will not serve alcohol to minors (anyone under the legal age of 21 years). The Servicer will require proof of age (I.D) for all guests of questionable age partaking in alcoholic beverages. The Servicer will not be held liable for minors who consume alcohol during the event given by another adult. 

All bartenders are Tips-certified. However, the host of the event is ultimately responsible for all invited guest and their actions. Calm Your Soul reserves the right to refuse service to any guest(s) who seem to have had too much to drink, per our judgement. CYS works with your to make the call. 

Calm Your Soul provides a contract for each event. Each contract is carefully selected to protect the client and our staff. In addition, our contracts have been reviewed and approved by a commercial lawyer.
